Once more one thousand thoughts assail me
Killing every hope of a good moment
There is no such thing as beauty
Just time - time of youth (growth) - pain.
Pain is beautiful like a picture
But everyone learns to adapt and adjust
Eventually all the pain ends
Beauty ceases.
Moments die.
Images come - people fade.
Memories trickle away.
Time rolls along it's unwaivering path
A path of no consequence -
Leaving scattered remnants of what was.

i love this thought:
"Beauty ceases.
Moments die." and "youth (growth)".
they seem so severe but true
makes these moments of 'growth' seem more worthwhile, although i hope to keep growing always

Actually, I wrote this while I was in Florida on the training trip for WIU swimming&diving.
A romantic evening with my girlfriend at the time was spoiled one night --- and I felt depressed then, and angry with myself.
So I went to the beach and wrote. All by myself, under the moon.
Like usual - I found myself reminiscing on the beach..
*shrugs*
this was more like mind spatterings...
I wasn't even sure if i wanted to post it...
